the themes in this movement are abundant and amazing and one can clearly see the coherence as they are all interwoven to tell a story, very reminiscent if you may, of Rachmaninoff, Tchaikowsky and Chopin. Ponce doesn't seem to run out of melodies and they sound so unique coming from a Spanish-oriented music background. So original there's not even a hint of Albeniz in it. Meravigliosa!
