The government essentially controls; imports, exports, and taxes on commercial goods. I don't think they made man-made global warming up just to micro-manage the peoples lives.

The scientists have been making sure information doesn't "get in the wrong hands" "adding temperatures" formulating tricks and admitting privately "that they cannot account for the cooling".
