This is wrong in so many ways. Honestly, if this was a parody, it would be funny as all heck, but the fact they released an entire album with songs like this is just insane. Did they honestly think this was a good idea, especially given the fact most of the girls can't pronounce English worth a damn? The Ruby Soho cover was kinda cute, but everything else is just a sheer audio trainwreck, and this...all I can think of is "too weird to live, too rare to die."

Yuko Goto, a lousy singer (of which i am an unconditional fanboy anyway), covering a grunge song... the fail potential for this is quasi-infinite.

A complete trainwreck is avoided by ditching the grunge for a generic pop tune and by Yuko's decent english (if you think her english is bad, then you have no idea of what passes off as "english" in jpop culture).

What is left is passable as elevator music, yet devoid of any character: no moé for animu fans, no grunge for nirvana fans. 2 stars.
