  • I AM THE WALRUS! GOO GOO GO JO!!

  • I WISH this Prick of a poster would put the vids up so they followed on from each other, not very fooking hard is it, FFS!!!

  • i remember getting my first guitar and looking up the chords to yesterday so happy to finally get to play it cause i had dreamed of playing it on guitar but then i saw them and cried. of course through determination i got it and my playing skills doubled so i really love that song

  • Paul dong Yesterday.... <3

  • So the most covered and classic Beatles song came to Paul in a dream. Not to mention Let it Be. And their band name. These guys were literally formed by God.

  • @quidwitch the band name came to john in a dream :)

  • They mainly got lucky with the times. They're not more talented than other good bands. Fame is dead today.

  • @stevehauk I think that's rubbish. They each had talent, and they worked together like pieces of the same puzzle. Not many bands today had equal talent and didn't rely on songwriters or the lead of the band to do the work. No, the Beatles' music had profound impact on music and history - they often created and started new styles and techniques in music.

  • @quidwitch The times had a lot to do with it. I'm sure you've heard of under-rated bands, well they're probably over-rated.

  • The moment when John gives the flowers to Paul is just priceless, Paul's face omg

  • Ooops. I meant to say enduring. As in timeless.

  • The little competition between George and Paul for the girl's attention is very endearing. And unduring. God love 'em.

  • Anyone (including myself) who got to live through the entire Beatles ride is truly blessed!

  • I love the bit with the flowers, I think John came up with that one at the last minute because Paul had a total look of surprise on his face!

  • I think that "Yesterday" being the most covered song of all-time makes sense, because it's a more than welcome from the songs that the Beatles came out with prior to this one. This may be the first time we see how amazing the songwriting is in The Beatles!

  • So Paul is piloting a boat while giving the interview?

  • Paul's wink at the beginning. -dead-

  • @courtsmcfly - Paul speaking while he's driving a boat is the ancient Phoenician sign of death. How clear do the clues have to be, people?!?!

  • 0:01!!!

  • 8:05

    Pauli makes them bitches wet

  • What a wonderful edition! Thank you so much.

  • @MaralizeLegawana apperently it was " oh scrambled eggs, oh how i like ur legs" haha

  • @MaralizeLegawana the best

  • That must've been the quietest the audience had ever been for a Beatles performance; or, Paul performance.

  • Wow!! Amazing , this guy was on top the highest mountain of fame success and he truly wasn't happy. And we as fans think the Beatles was living a heaven on earth kind of life.

  • i love how when Pauli is singing yesterday Ringo is just sitting in the back

  • i loveeeeee when Paul is singing a song especially Yesterday with eyebrow rising and look like innocent guyy!!

  • Haha, John and those tricky flowers, haha...

  • IN the 1960's in England, there was a very popular TV show called "Opportunity Knocks" where amateurs were given a chance to display their talents. The participants were introduced with "For (name) of (hometown), opportunity knocks!" George was parodying that when he introduced Paul singing "Yesterday"

  • oh how i love these guys.

  • Ah, that Eleanor Bron. What a gal - still sexy at seventy. 70-frigging-3 this year. Mmmmm!

  • @arbutus27 In an interview a few years ago, Eleanor said that John, Paul and George all came on to her during the filming. She said she was so young and naieve in those days, she thought they were just being friendly! So nothing happened, but it is one of her favorite memories.

  • Ah, that Elenor Bron. What a gal - still sexy at seventy.

  • paul look sa inncent in the yesterday..hehehe...i love you paul even if 4x my age..

  • Paul your the best.. I'm from Argentina you know, and I'm so mad that I cannot saw the concert of Paul ...... Hope you can be in argentina again if your going to argentina again im going to watch you!!!!!!!!!!!! Same With Ringo!

  • paul was so f**** cute <

  • Fatness suits him in that case o_o It didn't suit Elvis though...And Paul,,,When he was singing Yesterday..Such charisma. And when he talked,he still had that charisma! I mean,it shows he loves to perform

  • God! George is so fucking Beautiful!!!!!

  • @Lulu3959 i kno~!!!!!! i miss him :(

  • Poor John is to high to remember the words to his own song, adorabe ;D

  • @2012Grizz right,,, a tape machine backstage i guess. Quite unusual for this era of pop, but maybe not that unusual in the film world?

  • Uggh. Wish the audience would stop screeching and let Paul sing his song. They did for most of it, but every now and then there's a big a:

    "AEAEAEAEAEAEAEA!!!!"

God, shurrup, it's a beautiful song.

  • " Thank you Ringo, that was wondreful " lol! at 9:21

  • I love Yesterday. Didn't MTV or Rolling Stone name it as the greatest song of all time? I remember seeing something like a countdown of the greatest songs of all time and Yesterday was tops. Or maybe I'm just imagining it.

  • @normandale1987 Rolling stone labeled "Like a Rolling Stone" by Bob Dylan the greatest song on the "500 greatest songs of all time". Yesterday was 13 on that list.

  • "Scrambled eggs, oh how I like your nice long legs" I think that's how it used to go before he wrote the lyrics to "Yesterday" xD Little did he know that he was making the song that has been covered the most EVER! Pauls is win <3

  • dunno why john lennon thought of himself as fat in this period . he just looks normal to me . far healthier than the thin person he became in the 70s .

  • @googajoob7 personally I think that was one of his best looking times in his life :P

  • @googajoob7 That's very true. John Lennon looked ill and pale in the late 1970s. I think it was a male form of anorexia that John was experiencing at the time. Yoko put him on a 'macro-biotic diet' which did nothing for his weight. If anything he was drastically underweight.

  • The lyrics "these days are gone" should have been "those days are gone." The narrator was lamenting how he didn't need people as much in the past. It would have sounded better that way instead. I don't know if the mistake was intentional. There are other similiar "mistakes" in other Beatle songs (such as in Day Tripper and Ticket to Ride).

  • john was not fat!!!

  • LOL

    4:12 John forgets the lyrics

  • the live version of "yesterday' .... is there a pit orchestra or something? just wondering why its not Paul McCartney on his own.

  • 1:56-2:00 ROFLMAO

  • I love "Yesterday". Is one of my fav. songs ever....really cool detail from them to let him play this song alone...

  • i do get a bit taken aback wen you hear john talk bout the meaning of the song help and actually think of the lyrics he singing his heart out w/... e/o just said oh great song and now it seems like a cry in retrospect

  • I heard it took them ages to record this song because Ringo couldn't think of a good beat.

  • I love John right here. He looked so good here, when he is singing Help. =]

I loved him most during his "fat Elvis period"

  • wow the crowd was quiet and let him sing??

  • i noticed that as well, odd isn't it?

  • Maybe because the song is that great. Idk.

  • you know, i think thats it.

  • "thank you Ringo, that was wonderful" haha

  • No matter how you slice it...their impact on the evolution of pop rock music is undeniable!!

  • Never a group more influential before them, and it's unlikely anyone since has or will be.

  • GEORGE IS the best forever!!!!!!!!!444

  • awh, i love how george introduces paul... and then john comes back with flowers, lmao. AND, "thank you ringo, that was wonderful". ahahah, how can you NOT love the beatles?

  • You dont know what your talking about mate

  • The beatles have alot better songs than yesterday

  • Melancholy, eh Paulie? Well, God Bless the Beatles!

  • Nah, thoses songs dont come as near as good as the songs he made with the Beatles

  • True ^^^

  • Its strange Paul wrote gr8 Beatle songs but no solos half as good

  • That's because it was mostly Lennon and McCartney collaberating on the Beatles songs.

  • when paul is interviewed on the boat who is that guy next to him

  • Probably another journalist.

  • Jools Holland.. Who was the interviewer for the series..

  • diz dick

  • Paul's facial expressions are cracking me up!

    :D

    So cute!

  • que bonita epoca ^^

    beautiful years ^^

  • como se llama la primera cancion??

    AAAAAH! PAUL TE AMO!!!

  • Se llama: YOU'VE GOT TO HIDE YOUR LOVE AWAY.

  • I love Paul

  • XD beatles 4ever

    magic!

  • Is paul in a real boat?

  • That's how paul rolls

  • This boat is real, he's on a boat don't you ever forget.

I'm sorry, you left the door wide open lol

  • cuando john le entrega las flores a paul

  • sjajasjaja 9:10

  • I think they said they were stoned during most of this.

  • ke grande ringo!!!

    aguante los beatles!!

  • It's so cute when george runs off after announcing Yesterday and he's giving Paul a thumbs up! I love George!

  • its a little funny how they stand.... paul and george are standing together with these stick legs sooo skinny.... then jon is completly seprate and sort of squatting with huge compared to georges.... cute though!!!!!!!

  • that scene with got to hide your love away was great

  • well he sort of forgot the words here a couple times... you can see by the way he mumbles and slows down a bit... not really his fault

  • 2:21 so ironic

    7:05 the "joker"... so intelligent...

    kisses to Harrison...

  • i love Paul's wink at the very beginning.... and when he describes coming up with the name Help and goes "No hold on that's wrong" I start cracking up. And when he sings Yesterday I just love it lol. I love Paul. I thought it was so funny when Lennon forgot the words during Help!.. and bringing the flowers out.

  • 4:15,john 4got the words!!!!!!lol!!

  • haha one uv u said he looks stoned

brt he was thinkin woa howed all these crazy girls get here

    lol

u know u gotta luv george

    hes great

  • Great video and the help movie come on is not shakerspeare but is pretty

    They are The beatles!

  • Yes Suzejuice, yiou're right! He's so adorable and tender!!

But I felt in love also with Paul on the boat or Paul singing "dance tonight"!!

  • defintly whhat happens when your stoned or burned out after your stoned

  • John admitted feeling 'in a trough' during that time period if you listen to the interview prior to the performance.

  • For some reason everytime I hear this song I think, John is singing you have to hide your lovely ways, not loving ways.

  • he's actually saying you've got to hide you love away

  • Who, after seeing Paul singing Yesterday, can not fall in love with him...?

  • they start using drugs like that here
