@PanKrato They cut out the part where you push buttons in sequence. If the player caught by the ultimate jutsu pushes them in sequence faster than the other player then they negate the ultimate jutsu. Also, in this video, a lot of the moves Itachi is using is just dumb. He stops halfway in an attack and uses Tsukuyomi like wtf? To do that I'd have to set the com to easy otherwise they'd just punch back. A lot of time is cut out too.
