Considering the size of these devil fruits in the one piece world - I always wondered what happened if you share part of the fruit with someone else? Will you both have the same power but the efficiency reduced or what?
I think that Oda once stated that if someone takes just one bite out of a Devil Fruit, but leaves the rest they are still given it's powers, and the rest of the fruit becomes normal so no one else can gain that same power by eating the rest!
There's never been two people with the same Devil Fruit Power, so I think sharing one is impossible!

Just listen to Whitebeard's Devil Fruit Power! The cracking sound of the air and the noise when he creates that Bubble around the giant's head are just epic!
And of course, I don't think I'll ever get bored of the noise that Luffy's limbs make when they stretch, and that awesome sound when they snap back!

He took a stab from Squardo and a couple of heavy blows from Akainu (a hole in the stomach and half his face melted off). He also took a number of canons and gunfire. So by the time he got to Blackbeard he was struggling to carry on, and Blackbeard finished him. So they all contributed to Whitebeard's demise.

@augment96 Wrong....Akainu wasnt there to fight whitebeard 1v1 he was there to kill all the pirates not just fight whitebeard on a 1v1.....whitebeard only put him down fora sec as you seen the latest episode he dint past out and to beat someone you have to actually have them akainu wasnt even facing whitebeard when as you say he got "Defeated" he was chasing luffy and got caught of guard and well to catch an admiral offguard is something great indeed but he dint defeat him as you say.

I'm not sure about all of the pirates. I would like to believe that the admirals would only go after High-level targets like Luffy, Ace, Whitebeard, Jozu, or Marco. Well, whatever Whitebeard did to Akainu, it was epic. And I love watch Akainu getting "beat" by Whitebeard.

Roger (the king of pirates) left it in an island called raftel.... you'll have to see the rest on your own, it's basically an amazing anime and trust me you don't wanna miss it :D
that if you like adventure,comedy, and especially epicness then one piece is the anime that's got those qualities :D
