London has already changed its building code to reflect the greater likelyhood of floods in the (long) lifespand of new builings (since when the problem arises it will be too late to suddendly rebuild all vulerable buildings).

Dont worry about it all that talk about global warming, higher sea levels and more frequent or intesive storms are just flim-flam. A pound of cure is better than an ounce of prevention, so forget about it, be happy
