Apparently when he crashed his spine broke in half, and drove straight through his stomach. he's alive, but not doing well at all.

A friend a I were standing right there and witnessed the incident. I just saw him get driven into the ground hard, my buddy however described seeing what you asserted. The rear grab handle and the tunnel of the sled were bent all to shit. Just awful, still hoping some good news will start to surface.
