host_frametare NUMBER OF YOUR CHOICE (25 - 30 is enough but if you have a good computer you can go higher)

startmovie NAME OF MOVIE avi/raw avi is the movie file where raw is all the frames and a wav file (i prefer raw)

The good thing is that it wont record until you close the console so if you are using the demo smoother then just press play/resume/start the .dem file and close the demo smoother (or just start it with console)

There is so much stuff you can do to solve those problems man.

For the HUD, in the console type "cl_drawhud 0" after enabling cheats with "sv_cheats 1". For the camera, don't use the phone-camera, use the camera tool, and position the phys-gun before hand, so that you can switch to camera mode and move it from there. It's not hard to figure it all out, you just got to understand the mechanics. ^ ^
