They're between 40 and 50 years old... when they started, they were 18 years old, in the end 80's.

I saw this tour when they performed at UC Davis back in Jan. or Feb. of 91'. Jellyfish also opened at that show and I've been hooked ever since. Chris also said some nice things about them there, Chris was a fan that's for sure!

jeff gotfired from the band after there first tour rich did a interview and asked him why jeff is out he said basically through the whole tour we all got better along with eachother and jeff didnt

Back then Jeff looked great with the long hair! I always loved the Black Crowes, and it is so great to see that Jeff is still Jammin on the road, pleasing the audience with Bucky Covington. Jeff is amazing!

Several months after I was "Seeing this Black Crowes Thing" for the first time. Baity's Music Garden--Johnny Colt drank damn near a whole bottle of Jack (I think it was) -it was $15/ticket--outrageous at the time. When I saw this, I knew they had it. Still do.
