dont talk if you have no proof thank you. A simple search online will reveal that the creative zen x-fi provides way better sound enhancements compared to the iPod. And fyi, I do own the zen x-fi and iPod nano 5g. =)

everyone knows the ipod touch 2g has a different audio chip compared to the ipod nano. =S well i guess it is personal preference. but statistically, the zen x-fi has better audio reproduction compared to the ipod.

i use a microSD 8GBcard and adapter to SD size..

it works well but not as good as a sansa or the cowon d2 or whatever...

When there will be 64GB SDHC, Cowon D will have no problem with it. When there will be 128 GB SDHC, cowon won't have any trouble with it asswel. It's just a matter of firmware and Cowon players have a great support.

Hey piperpilot, i agree with you that the ipod is better. Zen is the unsuccessful competitor of ipod, even if it came out first. And it uses windows media player, which i would consider to be a much worse software than itunes. Is your wireless protected by WEP? You need to create a profile on the ZEN X-Fi and enter the WEP to allow the ZEN X-Fi to connect to your wireless. If you are talking about the Chat function, you have to register first at Creative's ZEN X-Fi website before u can use the chat =)

The main difference btw this and the old ZEN is the Wi-Fi and X-Fi function, built-in speaker and the premium earphones. The music does sound alittle better with the X-Fi, though not as dramatic as it is on the Sound Card or Xmod.

Well the Zune's wi-fi function is rather limited. you can only use it to send songs to ur friends (and the song will auto delete after 3 days or 3 plays). With the ZEN X-Fi, you can stream media content off ur pc and also chat on msn and yahoo! using it. It also has X-Fi which makes ur music sound better and an in-built speaker that the Zune doesn't have!
