There are no set ultimate fatalities alot of people seem to think that for some reason. It's all created in your head then you do the actions for the gory conclusion. I think it is better than the other fatality systems because instead of pressing 500 buttons in two seconds you do somewhat at your pace.

my idea to do fatalities is to go like the kaf system and have a command to have the kombatant unleash a custom move along with standard kaf moves. I wonder if anyone else thought of that?
