Its a transponder code. Transponders can squawk 4096 different codes. Sometimes pilots mistakenly enter the wrong code. An honest mistake all pilots have made at least once in their careers. But if you think this is a freudian slip that reveals some conspiracy then youre beyond help.

He claims the F16 was protecting the Capitol. Well, the Capitol building is maybe a mile and a half away from the White House and that is driving. So for them to get spooked over a fighter jet practically flying next door seems suspicious to me.
