Great idea. Africans have evolved differently from other human varieties and need a special system to address their intellectual shortcomings.

We don't need Afro-centric schools. We need the curriculum to DELIBERATELY go out of its way to include African history, & African contributions to all disciplines. Given the severe Eurocentrism of North America, this is the only measure that can reverse the brainwashing effects of our current society on todays Black youth. For instance, math classes discuss Pythagorus, Hippocrates, & etc. What about the Black Egyptian scholars who taught these Greek math "pioneers"? The curriculum ignores them.
I'm not that familiar with American legal rights but I suspect that "right to an interpretor" is part of the constitution. If it is and an officer fails to make one available the evidence gathered can be thrown out if collected contrary to legal rights. No evidence = no proof. Perhaps they should get somebody with legal background to discuss this, all I'm hearing are assumptions.
I don't believe that racism is the fault of the government. I think it is a crutch that people use when they are ignorant and fearful of other cultures. Having schools for specific race groups will simply fuel the ignorance and in turn it will create more racism. Taxes should be evenly distributed between ALL schools. If you want to build a race or religion based school the people who want it should pay for it.
People are not born with hatred in their hearts for particular nationalities. If anyone turns into a racist, it is usually a result of bad government.
