Wow, I never really believed this sort of thing worked but I started listening to it around 11 at night and it relaxed me so much that I fell asleep and ended up waking up around 4:30 in the morning. It was bizarre though because I had word documents opened up on my computer and when I went to look for the video there was no sign that I had been here to watch it. I must have closed the internet browser and attempted to do my homework! lol

it called hypnosis. and something else called amnesia when your hypnotized. well it depends what kind of hypnosis. :P and this video was relaxing. but at the end when i opened my eyes. i felt dizzy. but it was relaxing :)
