  • Good report, make shoer next time as people are busy looking and commenting on other report, We need reports like this but with precision and to the point, Jazak Allah Khayran.

  • Thank you very much, it is enlightening and now I understand a lot more! Go on this way, please.

  • good news, thank you. Must agree keep the Intelligence on the down low for all journalists please. Warzone people life is at risk.

  • We will see in the upcoming days who loves Libya more - Kadaffi people or the rebellion people. Looks like the West doesn't give a shit who will win - because they are not helping neither side - they are just waiting to see who will win - but looks like the battle for Benghazi would take hundreds of thousands of casualties because I don't anticipate the rebels to ever surrender as that would mean certain death from Kadaffi people's hands. Interesting video game we have - who will win?

  • Liar

  • Thank you so much for your reports, specially when you say you are very busy and stressed about your matters, it is so kind from you to share this information with people like me who are really worried and think literally night and day about Libya's revolution. I hope Libya can soon end this nightmare and be free.

  • Thanks Iyad.Hopefully you'll get more rest doing things this way.We don't want you becoming ill :- )

  • OK , my previous comment was a test, I was not allowed to post what i typed before, no idea why, as my text was shorter than others. I wanted to say, thank you for this, maybe the ppl in west Libya will be able to access it? Give the heroic boys there our love from UK.

  • Subscribed.. thanks :)

  • Keep on, my friend ! Thank you indeed !

  • Very nice reports. As to Zawiyah situation - I would consider it's fall as a bad thing (a loss) - I am afraid for the people, who fought so hard against the oppressors. I hope they're ok :(

As for transcripts/subtitles, not sure, if it is needed. I mean, people can express, if they do need it, but otherwise I would suggest saving your time, and concentrating on other things - the audio version is superb for me ;].

  • Thanks Iyad. I've been following your excellent, incisive analyses on Twitter and think this a very good alternative. Mix it up the way it's best for you. Look after yourself!

  • Very interesting. Even more than in tweeter. Full support from belgium

  • Iyad: From here - 155mm Tank killers have been sucking you in & killing your boys! These have been mistakenly been called air-stricks (also sea ones). Tanks have been moving through US, Can. Oz, probably France. Clinton said yesterday that "these things take time": voyage 8 days. I think you can expect Ghaddafi Air Force & heavy ground force wiped out this weekend - after UN O.K. (for no military take-over). Ghaddafi go down fast & big world media celebration of your HEROS! Sanussi victory?

  • Thanks for posting, and thanks for all your updates. I hope the Libyan people get the freedom they're so passionately fighting for.

  • Thanks for all you do, Iyad, don't know where we'd be without you. Just two friendly questions:

You seem to have some military news (good, I think). I assume that your sources are not the foreign media, so how exactly do you get this news? Why do they tell you what they won't tell AFP?

Also, you said that Gaddafi would rather consolidate his gains and defend the oil ports he has, but seeing the looming possibility of an NFZ, won't he want to grab what he can while he still has the chance?

  • thanks a lot iyad!

  • Thanks Iyad, much appreciated

  • Thank you for doing your part to make this world a better place. This is a sober report which gives us much hope. I am British and I pray that the Libyan people will gain the freedom that so many have already given their lives for. God is great!

  • Good job, man.

The struggle of the Libyan people is inspiring. Don't despair, guys. Getting rid of Qaddafi was never going to be easy.

  • Thank you. Excellent report.
