I have drawn portraits with colored pencils and they turn out looking not quite as realistic. But I am actually considering uploading a colored pencil portrait of someone because I got some really nice colored pencils as a gift & I want to try them out! :)

If you're wondering if it is possible to PAINT with colored pencils...yes, there are "watercolor pencils" .
