definitly the best version of this song in acapella. the beat boxer - i think ur really good, but i think the bass needs to be a lot more pronounced. great harmonies overall tho, timing not always perfect. but it's hard to be critical cos as a musician, i know it's hard and lots of effort and practice goes in to these things, so GREAT performance :)

i dont under stand what purpose this serves while going to college/university. most suscessful and marketable musician didnt finish school before becoming famous and selling millions of cds.
how many thousands of people attempt to make it big, and how many people succeed? at least if you get through college you have better chances at professional music careers and if not, you have fallbacks. if you just forgot about college and tried to make it big and didn't succeed, you either take a lower paying job or go back to college.
Well starkiller think about it this way. Those people are all REALLY stupid potheads who happen to be spectacular at music..... And unless you have so much natural talent that you are better than people who have been practicing for years and years, then you have to go to college. And even if you have natural talent, you still have to work your ass off.
It seems like your only saying this because you know your screwed in life because you fail classes and only have a small amount of musicaltalent
A cappella is a fantastic hobby and community builder. 7 Days does paid gigs, charity gigs, and both the friendships and music skills it helps develop are long-lasting. None of the singers you see in this video are music majors or people trying to "make it," they just love making /music/.
SOME PARTS SHE SINGS IT SO FAST! ( I bet she ran out of breathe!)

It's a real shame she felt the need to change the lyric "The Old King is Dead, Long Live the King" to "The Old King is Dead, Long Live the Queen"
It kind of changes the meaning and not for the good, otherwise, that was an amazing performance.

The Youtube compression usually cuts out most of the low frequencies.

it was okay but i think a male solo would be better or a higher pitch to really sand out.
singing4ever7 2 years ago
I think the female solo was very good, but the last "woah" might have been pretty cool with a tenor.
MhsRunner2010 2 years ago
this is the best acappella version of this song that i've heard, however, the solo should be male in my opinion.
badsinger69 2 years ago
this gave chills but I totally agree that the solo should of been male, I think it woulda been so much better, this was amazing though
