Best Coke commercial ever! Longest, too. Sadly for them, I buy what's cheaper. Happily for them, more than enough people will buy what's "real". Happily and sadly for all of us is we were all just brainwashed there, whether we were ready for it or not. And no, there is no defense against advertising, be we sheep or "strong willed free thinkers". Just a wide variety of reactions.

You say nothing about the global BAN on Coke products due to their support of terrorism against those organizing labor unions in their bottling plants overseas, nor about the dangers of HFCS over sugar, which many doctors have said causes metabolic syndrome leading to diabetes. They spend billions on advertising, brainwashing people into believing it's about "love" when it's all about profit. Read "The Coke Machine" by Michael Blanding.

Well, it's my preferred soft drink, but I find it odd that this documentary makes so much fuss about things like the bigger bottle-introduction and the war-effort but mentions nothing about Fanta, Sprite, plastic bottles, canned soda. Or that blatant advertising from famous icons is talked about with no mention of the notion of "selling out". It's also telling that they include a statement about the owner promising to sell his company if there was ever a case of ailment from coca cola.

While not mentioning things like diabetes, addiction, tooth-rot etc. Also, it's still common knowledge that up until the twenties, coca cola used small amounts of coca-leaves and claimed it had medicinal use because of it. Probably not enough to even give a tingle, but it was there.

So all in all, an interesting yet a bit overly self-congratulatory infomercial disguised as a documentary. Doesn't so much outright lie as it just don't mention certain truths.

Though I'll still prefer Coca Cola.

They did change the formula when they started putting high fructose corn syrup in it. Yeah it still tastes good but it's not healthy. That freakin high fructose corn syrup is in everything now.

they all planned it, coca cola changed the syrup recipe after they reintroduced it, now why would they do that and why would they make such a stupid business mistake?

pepsi max is schweet though it beats diet coke and coke zero in my books but nothing beats

the original coke. No wonder we are fat the bottles use to be 250ml I now standard drink 600 ml or even

yet when he was thin and fit never see coke on stage. There are stories of peole who drink

too much which end up with fked up organs kidney failure etc it is a double edged knife

where can I taste the rare bottles of new coke made back in the 80's? I must compare

having new coke/ old coke both under the original banner would have worked for me?
