Yes, ANY WRX is turbo charged. As long as its WRX and not impreza 2.5 rs or and other impreza (besides sti of course). As far as the price, look it up on KBB or something. I got an 02 with 110k on it for $6,000 which was a STEAL imo. I had to replace the clutch though, so i added a light weight flywheel :)

If it says WRX on the back then yeah it should, but you could always open the hood and see if its in there. its in the back left corner of the engine bay tucked up near the firewall.

you definitely missed the boat on insurance. it took the industry nearly 2 years to see that this wasn't a normal Subaru. plus marketing it to new AND inexperienced drivers kinda skewed the statistics. i got my wagon in '02...finally put some work into it this past Jan. and went stage 2 and it was worth it. i say wait 'til your older...this is NOT a good car for a new driver to learn in...i've been there

ive got an 04 as well and was planning on getting a big 16g later on. 18gs and bigger ive heard just arent worth the slow spool, unless your drag racing a lot.

I think a td06 8cm 18G would be perfect. People that complain about lag are being pussies and probably never drove a car with a big turbo. I personally think the TD06 8cm 18G is the perfect 2.0 turbo.

The hellas are easy to install. There are tutorials on nasioc on how to install them. The shifter bushings, rear diff bushings ect ect are my favorite mods. They would be on the top of my list if I was to do this all over again.

I love them. They added a little bit of NHV but the rear diff clunk is gone. I've got a bunch of things awaiting to be installed. P&P Stock turbo, headers, Tial 38mm EWG, MBC, turbo inlet, sti pinks, and a fuel pump. Gonna see if I cant hit 270 on the stock turbo.
