Well, in his defense, after getting thrown into the back of a garbage truck, he had to fashion not only a new helmet to replace the one that got crushed, but he also had to change his outfit — his old reddish-pink sequins smelt something awful.

Also: the first movie was best. Period. And in the second one, Super Shredder should've had a MUCH better fight scene. :| Seriously, the 'fight' they made for him was pitiful.
