The "little boy" is just a "Dream"=O. In th Song "Alice Human Sacrifice" The story says a dream thought of how it could lure people into itself so it won't disappear=O. The Boy is that "dream" luring people "alice" into it's world so it can keep on existing.

The 'shi' is pronounced the same as the word "she" and the 'te' is the same as in TAble.

The actual dictionary entry for urusai is:

煩い【うるさい】 (adj-f) (1) noisy; loud; (2) fussy; (3) annoying; troublesome;

tiresome; importunate; (4) bossy; (P).

It doesn't actually mean "shut up", but can be used in that context... especially when screamed like that. LOL
