@Cruks what I meant was for you to do a full rep not just a lift and set it back down..you know shows the routine and form of how it's suppose to be done
@raver0789 these will help your deadlift tremendously if you just keep a strict form and solid grip. I do these in unison with my deadlifts (unless im going heavy in either of the exercises)
