@RFresh41 Torro Rosso had actually a very good car in the 2nd half of the 08 season, a lot better than the struggling RBR. They were right behind BMW and sometimes head with Vettel. Plus, as far as I know, that specification of the 2008 STR car, was even better in the wet. Add to all this the great set-up, the fact that the front-runners blew up the Q, a great driver and you get the win. It's not that the Monza 08 win puts him over the top of everyone else. Alonso won 2 titles with a slower car.
