@fitnesstaylor It could be due to the light weights, since you can barely see it (check other videos on Youtube for confirmation) and secondly as @geminiwoe104 announces - the elbows should be scraping your ribs, or else you aren't contracting your upper back (trapezius, rhomboideus major etc.) correctly.
The girl in this video is in excellent shape but, she is doing this exercise all wrong. Your arms should be scraping your ribs as you raise the bar. Then you have correct upright rows.
Bend your knees? You'r having them straight :/
