Lares da Boa Vontade in Lisbon Portugal is a shameful excuse for a Cheshire home. The conduct of the management of that pitiful establishment goes against EVERY principle that Leonard Cheshire stood for and no one cares enough to do anything about it.
LCD is about making a profit whilst kidding the world into thinking they are "enabling" disabled people. It is about putting people into institutions, ignoring their rights and their complaints and not realising their potential. It is about paying their front-line staff the minimum, not recognising they work under great pressure with huge responsibility, whilst faceless bureaucrats at the "top" have minimum (if any) sense of responsibility and duty to the people they "serve".
L.C.D, has been working in the U.K for over 60 years and has worked with over 21,000 disabled children, It has recently spread its wings and is now working in the world most disadvantages countries. Leonard Cheshire is all about giving disabled people the life they DESERVE!!! They have the right to a proper life, they have a right to an education.Simple things such as making buildings more accesible by widening doors, adding wheelchair ramps, can make a dramatic difference to lives!!

you haven't really provided any information about the allegedly abused rights, making a child say something doesn't substantiate these claims either.
LCdisability have done great things for disabled people, who would you have us say "yes" to?
