@ElMuertoMonkey it being black powder it isnt considered a "fire arm" many people can do online courses and learn how to make there own black powder rifle...about the "speed load" i couldnt tell ya...but having to break the gun down completely, i doubt they will complain

@ElMuertoMonkey Making your own gun is not illegal, provided said gun does not violate any current gun laws (like a short barrel shotgun, machine gun, aow, etc)
