Welcome! No lettuce should be given to Beardies, due to the fact that they have little nutritional value. Stick to the ones mentioned in my video, because they are the best that you can purchase easily at your local supermarket. Squash is also very good, especially butternut and acorn.

Great looking Beardie! I liked the video, and found the info. very helpful...do you ever feed her lettuce (obviously Romaine and not Iceburg), or do you stick primarily to the foods you listed?
