Nope perfectly legal, but her record company ( Blackground records I beleive) left her in a sort of recording limbo- whereby she had recorded a new album with them that is called 'All I want is everything' but they did not release it//promote it etc and sort of just kept her on the shelf. Obviously, she got frustrated not being able tp resent her music to the world, so what I think happened is that she tried to move to a record company who would promote her properly and allow her to release

Understand this is to do with various legal and contractual issues( e.g. btw her as her record company's signed artist and the royalties they'l receive from producing her music and the intellectual property issues on who owns the songs etc) I think her old record company were not goin to allow her to release the songs she recorded whilst under their awful umbrella! additionally, understand that she has worked seperately with song writers etc to produce new music but they

This is why she's been sort of stuck in a music limbo- and its completely not fair! Check out her new song hollywood- i believe it has reference to the crap behind the scenes which the record companies/ music industry can pull! Oh yes, I am a law student so hence my legal know!
