A mall in the middle of a residential street is not a public park. What's next, families deciding to have a huge reunion barbecue there? The town should post No Parking signs on both sides of the street. This would limit the hordes of people coming from other places; they should walk their dogs in their own neighbourhoods or find a proper public park where everyone is free to exercise.
