My sonicstage doesnt seem to work. when i start it up it always says updating database. and the it goes away. and then it says converting library. and doesnt start. what should i do??

hey.when i try to transfer a track onto my mp3,i cannot,because it "restarts" itself everytime.

it appears a little box saying that"delay failed" or something,and that vista cannot save my files..

i have this mp3 for 4 years now,and i love it..what's the problem?:(

NOTHING ON THE ENTIRE PLANET EVEN COMES AS CLOSE AS TO HOW HARD THIS SOFTWARE IS TO USE! Why couldnt they have made it their own software but made it flawless and easy to use, I mean I bought a second hand but new Sony Walkman and I thought I was getting a great deal because at the time I really need an MP3 player, but the trouble I had to go just to get some songs onto it was beggers beleife! I strongly recomend you dont use this software, the Walkmans are great, but everything else isnt.

to format you mp3? is that what the message telling you? could you please write the exact message.. it really shouldn't ask you to do so, but you can try to convert 1 of them to wav and see if that do the trick

when you transfer, do you have the SS convert to AAC or keep the orgin format. i'd suggest using the auto convert functions.

where are your mp3 located? is it on the same machine, or lan drive or external device?

to convert mp3 to wav.. i use winamp

have you tried delete those file in SS(ask you to delete links only) then import the files back?(drag and drop)

you do have to contact your admin.. or if you are the admin, then do a right click the exe and run as..
