  • In response to the whole abortion debate : life begis at conception. No truly Biblically literate person, without an agenda, can argue that God is okay with wholesale slaughter of Children. Scripture makes it clear that God creates and knows the unborn child. Further, God makes it clear that killing a child is no different than killing an adult. If a person supports abortion they are no different than pharoah or King Herod.

  • @awgamblin1987 - The bible is not pro-child. Why did God set a bear upon 42 children just for teasing a prophet (2 Kings 2:23-24)? Far from demonstrating a "pro-life" attitude, the bible decimates innocent babies and pregnant women in passage after gory passage, starting with the flood and the wanton destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, progressing to the murder of the firstborn child of every household in Egypt (Ex. 12:29), and the New Testament threats of annihilation.

  • Numbers 31:17 Now therefore kill every male among the little ones.

Deuteronomy 2:34 utterly destroyed the men and the women and the little ones.

Deuteronomy 28:53 And thou shalt eat the fruit of thine own body, the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters.

I Samuel 15:3 slay both man and woman, infant and suckling.

2 Kings 8:12 dash their children, and rip up their women with child.

2 Kings 15:16 all the women therein that were with child he ripped up.

  • Isaiah 13:16 Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled and their wives ravished.

Isaiah 13:18 They shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eyes shall not spare children.

Lamentations 2:20 Shall the women eat their fruit, and children.

Ezekiel 9:6 Slay utterly old and young, both maids and little children.

Hosea 9:14 give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts.

  • Hosea 13:16 their infants shall be dashed in pieces, and their women with child shall be ripped up.

Then there are the dire warnings of Jesus in the New Testament:

"For, behold, the days are coming, in which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the womb that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck."

    –Luke 23:29

  • The teachings and contradictions of the Holy Bible show that antiabortionists do not have a "scriptural base" for their claim that their deity is "pro-life." Spontaneous abortions occur far more often than medical abortions. Gynecology textbooks conservatively cite a 15% miscarriage rate, with one medical study finding a spontaneous abortion rate of almost 90% in very early pregnancy. That would make a deity in charge of nature the greatest abortionist in history!

  • If anything verse 23 disclaims your statement, seeing as if the fetus dies a life be exchanged for a life, meaning that the fetus hurt in the woman had a life therefor blood be required of him

  • Santa Claus is for Confederacy !!! lool

  • @KingBouloo - Then how come he brought them defeat?

  • MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

  • I find it interesting how so many of the rebels and the people then and now that support them claim to be Christians and yet the bible makes it very clear rebellion is a sin. The New Testament gives clear instructions to Christians on how to behave when ruled under a monarchy and leading a rebellion is not one of them.

  • @Zeeboe Then we are all doomed to Hell anyways. So why not make a government we want?

  • @TheBoberton - Because your government isn't the kind I want to be apart of.

  • @Zeeboe And your's isn't the one I want to be part of.

Btw, you are from the south, that makes you "white trash" in the minds of almost everyone, that is another reason I want out.

Also, you could move north. And you can't pull a "you need to move somewhere else" on me, because the Confederate government is unique. There is no where else on earth that practices state sovereignty.

  • @TheBoberton - No one thinks I'm white trash & you can't speak for everyone. Clearly you still think it's 1860-something down here & you think everyone is like the neo-reb computer nerds on youtube. They are not. The average person doesn't give a shit about history. I use to believe the grass was greener on the other side too. It ain't.

State sovereignty is a horrible idea & I am glad it was destoryed & I'll tell you why in my next post.

  • America is one nation under a Constitution. Although the Constitution sets up a representative democracy, it specifically was amended with the Bill of Rights in 1791 to uphold individual and minority rights. On constitutional matters we do not have majority rule. For example, when the majority in certain localities voted to segregate blacks, this was declared illegal. The majority has no right to tyrannize the minority on matters such as race, gender, or religion.

  • @TheBoberton - You are lucky to be living in this country. It's one of the greatest countries on earth.

You're probably a Christian yourself and I think the real reason why guys like you are mad is because more non-Christians are refusing to take a back seat to white male Christian rednecks.

You guys want your own country so only white male bible thumpers can have all the power. You don't want to be apart of a country that has equal rights for all. Just for yourselves.

  • @Zeeboe Really, you are going to call a man who is preaching truly equal rights a racist? How low can you go?

Go to New York, say you are a southerner, then break your leg. Only about 1 out of every 10 people will even give you a second glance.

State sovereignty is a horrible idea? You now why I think it is good? It truly gives the people the power.

Also, if we do not have majority rule on constitutional rights, then expect to lose any firearm you own by the end of this decade.

  • @TheBoberton - That can happen anyone. I hear stories like that happening right here in the south. I use to be like you believe it or not, but when it comes right down to it, people are people. There are rude, evil, and nice people EVERYWHERE. It's not a regional thing. How old are you anyhow? You must be a teenager if you really believe politeness and rudeness only exists based on your region. The world is just all mud, grass, and water, man. People just gave certain sections names one day.

  • @Zeeboe I know that it isn't based on region. I am just stating that in the north, people seem to hurry more than in the south, and are more likely to pass you without looking at you. Not to mention no one smiles.

Hmm. I have a nice quote for you.

"Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety deserve neither Liberty nor Safety"

Did you know the founding fathers didn't want a strong central government? Did you know they supported state sovereignty? (cont)

  • @TheBoberton - Well, I live in Austin and have been all over the south and southwest, and people in Austin, Vegas, and other cities and towns can be just like that. I grew up in a small redneck town in Southeast Texas and some people could be like that as well. Rude, don't smile, don't make any type of eye contact, will glare if you do or give you a sleepy expression, etc. It got so bad I became like that as a result.

All this happened right here in the South.

  • @Zeeboe I went to Boston for a month, and absolutely NO ONE attempted to even talk to me. They just went on about their business, only caring about their money and possessions.

  • @TheBoberton - Again, I live in the south and have been all over it and have come across people like that. Like I already told you, it got so bad, I went from being a nice, friendly guy who got tired of being treated rudely by pricks, that *I* became a prick. I don't look at people, I rarely smile out in public, I don't talk to strangers, I just mind my business and wanna get what I need and get the hell out. And it was in the south I became this way.

People are people and that's just life.

  • @Zeeboe Where do you live, because where I lived, and where I grew up, we all knew each other by name, would stop to say hi, would chat while in town, etc.

  • @TheBoberton - I honestly think if you ever came to the south, you'd be in for a shock and be very disappointed to see it's not how you think it is. It's not 1860-down here and we're not all Christians and close and friendly to one another and we're nt all in the KKK, waving rebel flag, listening to country music and hanging black people. It's like any other boring place. All cities have things about them that make them unique and it's own beauty, but that's it.

  • I also am not saying there are not people like that and you can't find them and become friends, but if you think EVERYONE is like that, you are incorrect and you can find racist Christians anywhere in this country.

  • @Zeeboe You will also find racist muslims and atheists. Don't make this into a "Christianity is racism", it isn't.

  • @TheBoberton - Well, I grew up around racist Christians, so that is why I am talking about them. I have no doubt racist exist everywhere and believe many different things.

  • @Zeeboe Has it sunk in yet that I am not racist? Down here? I didn't realize the Florida panhandle was in the north. I guess I should have known that.

  • @TheBoberton - Well, the way you were typing, you appeared to be another Yankee who is wet over the South and watched Gods and Generals too many times and clips like the one on youtube and I felt you need to understand the truth of the south.

  • @TheBoberton - Yeah, it can give EVIL people power that will take away a woman's right to have a abortion, force everyone to be Christian like they force people to be Muslim in Iran, or try to force segregation on black people. The list goes on. No thanks.

No one is going to try and take the gun away. I'd say the government tries to keep things even. You keep your guns, but women keep their right to an abortion for example.

  • @Zeeboe Does a women deserve the right to kill? How would you like it if your mother had chosen an abortion. Oh wait, you wouldn't know.

Did the Confederacy force Christianity on people? Nope. Is the U.S. starting to force atheism on people? Yep. If I want to pray in school, I am going to pray, dammit! Isn't that one of our inalienable rights? Freedom OF religion.

Another thing I like about state sovereignty: If you don't like the laws of one state, move to another.

  • @TheBoberton - I dont consider a fetus to be a human being.

No one is taking your right away to be Christian. Pray in school all you want, but don't try to make other people pray. Take "In God We Trust" off our money and take "God" out of our pledge. It's not like we are forcing you guys to say "One nation under Darwin", are we?

  • @Zeeboe Well, no. People don't need to use their money, they can use checks, can't they? If I can't make them pray, they can't make me take "in God we trust" off MY money, and take God out of the Pledge of Allegiance.

  • @TheBoberton - Well, sometimes writing checks can take an extra minute and some of us just like to give the cash and go.

See, you admit you wanna try to make people pray. That is the difference between you and I. I say let people be free to do what they want whereas you want to try and force people to be who they are not.

"If I can't make them pray...."

You typed it yourself. That is why I am glad the C.S.A. lost. Anyone who was not a white Christian man would be screwed over.

  • @Zeeboe Well, guess what, at around 3 months, a "fetus" becomes self aware. Meaning if you kill it after 3 months, it knows it is about to die.

  • @TheBoberton - According to the bible, life begins at birth--when a baby draws its first breath. The bible defines life as "breath" in several significant passages, including the story of Adam's creation in Genesis 2:7, when God "breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." Jewish law traditionally considers that personhood begins at birth.

  • @Zeeboe Does the woman have the right to prevent a life? Does she have the right to prevent the life of a person that may come up with the cure for cancer, or may be the next president? Should she be able to prevent that?

  • @TheBoberton - What if this woman was a 13-year old girl who was raped by a pedophile rapist? What if this woman was going to die as a result of having a baby? What if the father of that baby abuses his child because the baby killed his wife? Heck, what if this woman's baby was the next Adolf Hitler? The list of "what if's" can go on and on. And heck, the God of the bible kills plenty of kids and orders the death of children all the time according to the bible.

  • @Zeeboe So you are saying the woman should have the power to play God.

  • @TheBoberton - It's their body and the bible doesn't even say anything about abortion. The word "abortion" does not appear in any translation of the bible.

Out of more than 600 laws of Moses, none comments on abortion.

The Commandments, Moses, Jesus and Paul ignored every chance to condemn abortion. If abortion was an important concern, why didn't the bible say so?

  • Because its covered in "Thou shalt not kill". God said to Jeremiah "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you" That means that God recognizes you as a person and knows who you are before your born. you would be appalled if i took a baby and smashed it's head against a tree bcs I don't wan the responsibility of my own actions and stupidity, yet you'd be ok with mothers salting an unborn child or sucking him out little bit by bit with a vaccume cleaner

  • @ShunkawakanOkawingha - You have not investigated the bible's definition of life (breath) or it's deafening silence on abortion. Moreover, the Mosaic law in Exodus 21:22-25, directly following the Ten Commandments, makes it clear that an embryo or fetus is not a human being.

  • @Zeeboe The Bible NEVER says that an embryo is not a human being. It says the exact opposite of that. Try reading Luke 1:39-44. ESPECIALLY: 44 For behold, when the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby leaped in my womb for joy. And there is no 'deafening silence' on abortion. It states CLEARLY "Thou shalt not murder' ..PERIOD.

  • @Quinadal - According to the bible, life begins at birth--when a baby draws its first breath. The bible defines life as "breath" in several significant passages, including the story of Adam's creation in Genesis 2:7, when God "breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." Jewish law traditionally considers that personhood begins at birth.

  • Some antiabortionists cite obscure passages, usually metaphors or poetic phrasing, such as: "Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me." Psalm 51:5 This is sexist, but does nothing other than to invoke original sin. It says nothing about abortion.

  • @Quinadal - The Commandments, Moses, Jesus and Paul ignored every chance to condemn abortion. If abortion was an important concern, why didn't the bible say so?

  • @Zeeboe Another what if: What if the woman's child was the next Washington? What if it was the next Leonardo Divinci?

  • @TheBoberton - Yes, as I typed, you could go on and on, but at the end of the day, a woman should have the right to decide.

  • @Zeeboe So the unborn child doesn't have any of the unalienable rights we all have?

  • @TheBoberton - According to the bible, no and according to me, no because they are not human.

  • @TheBoberton - Why should I have to go to the trouble of moving? That's not fair. Is this state going to get me a job in another state or pay me? No, they are not. That is why it is easier for everyone if we just live under the equal laws of the U.S.A.

  • I have no southern heritage, my family is from new york state and maryland. Though I support the conferacy 100% less government, more christian culture, more traditional culture. Whats not to love about the south!

  • were did you get the picts i love them

  • Mainly google image search.

  • So you're a Scalawag then.

If it were born out of hate (as if the US flag wasn't) then state why you think so.

  • he must be a Half-Back or thats atleast what us in Ga have always called them(Dont know if you do in other places)

  • Ur an idiot, educate yourself fool.

  • Of course Jesus was not a European but rather an African.

  • And that has something to do with states' rights? What are you retards being taught in school? Quick history lesson, the KKK didnt start using the Confederate flag until the 1960s. Why dont you go on a crusade against the christian cross too? Since that is another KKK "symbol". Southern Pride - hopefully the truth will be taught one day.

  • Dear firesupport83,

I don't understand your reply. I didn't say anything about the KKK or the Confederate flag. My comment was about the video. I am a gentleman from a fine Tennessee linage. Christianity was born in Africa and perverted by Europeans. If such a simple truth bothers you then I know what your "Southern Pride" is about.

  • Please don't let his comment get to you he mistook you as being sarcastic. We Southerners are use to people randomly bringing up race to us, because they mistakenly take us all as being racist. They bring up race as though that's what we really care about, so it can get to us sometimes.

  • No offense taken. I had the opportunity years ago to do church mission work with some Confederate sympathizers in Appalachia. We did not agree on everything but we did agree on good fellowship. I have since hosted them at my home and we consider ourselves friends. There is much difference between the regions, the races and even among neighbors but if we approach everyone with true goodwill and be slow to offend, we may oneday achieve brotherhood.

  • No, not an African, a Jew born in Bethlehem and from Galilee. Africa is a little to the south and west my friend, so says my map anyhow.

    Deo Vindice

  • Southern girl,

  • Thank You for this post..And May God Bless The South Always! "damnant quodnon intelligunt"

They condemn what they do not understand

Deus recolligo vos sub umbra of Suus Omnipotens pennae , directus vestri sulum semita quod tribuo vos pacis quod eternus vita. R.E.L.

  • Deo Vindice!!!

  • It's funny to see YOUR ignorance. The heritage is what was passed on to us by our Southern forefathers. A belief in Limited Government, less taxes, and the right of the people to govern themselves. Not slavery.

If you want to look at a flag for slavery then look to the US flag. The last slave died in the NORTHERN STATE OF DELAWARE IN 1904. The war was NOT OVER SLAVERY. It was just used to JUSTIFY the Norths invasion of our INDEPENDENT HOMELAND.

  • Confederates come in ALL colors.

Try Youtube Searching HK Edgerton. He one of the leading Southern Heritage Activists.

  • listen the confederacy is heritage not racism some use it as rassism (kkk) but most do not i hate the fact that because i am southern everyone thinks im a stupid racist hick because im from the south but that is IGNORANCE

  • Thanks! God bless

  • GOd BLess Dixie! Deo Vindice!

  • No, actually you need to do some reasearch on your history and find out what a blatant racist "honest" Abe Lincoln "The Great Emancipator" was. And learn about how the north pillaged and burned southern towns and cities, not to mention raping the women black and white and leaving a trail of destruction. But then again, they were "freeing the slaves"...

  • @VASINGER - Oh, I'm with ya. I believe freeing the slaves was important, but no one talks about another very important issue and that was preserving the Union. Keeping the country together and ending treason was a very big deal and I wish more people would understand that. Most of those men loved their country and wanted to keep it together. I respect that and I honor those brave men. Happy Memorial Day and long live the Union.

  • @Zeeboe Its nice they wanted to preserve the Union. Just that they didnt have to burn, pillage, and rape Southern women to do so.

  • @VASINGER - One of the things I often bring up when discussing what's wrong with this country these days is we are too "nice". Sherman and men like him did what they did to screw with their enemies heads. Throw them off balance, etc. It worked. Bin Laden and those bastards do the same to us. Maybe if our troops today acted more like Shermen and his men we wouldn't be the victims all the time.

  • @Zeeboe Sherman was nice when he burned hundreds of acres of farmland in Georgia. It was nice of the Union Army to terrorize the southern women- black and white, and conscript negroes against their will to fight in the Union Army. Not saying the Confederate Army never did anything bad. But if we are to make an example of who is who, I would say the Federal Army was the closest thing to terrorism as one could get.

  • @VASINGER - Maybe, but they were the enemy at that time. As I posted, I think we need to be more like that now and maybe then we wouldn't always be the victims.

Also, not all men in blue mistreated people (black or white) in the south. There have been cases where they were very kind towards them. There were good and bad men on both sides.

  • @VASINGER Just wanna make a point that the south too, BEFORE the war, raped their slaves so that they could have more of them, and this was because it had become outlawed to import slaves into America by 1808. The founding fathers wrote this in the constitution. The south got around this problem by raping their slaves and keeping the tradition alive - it's a grim reality, but it's history. I'm a southern sympathizer, but I just wanted to make that one point so that you'll know that DID happen.

  • god bless the south!!

  • Merry Christmas everybody! And God bless the souls of our brave Confederate soldiers. Deo Vindice!

  • what does deo vindice mean? i noticed its on the confederate seal and im assuming its latin.

  • Deo Vindice means God Will Vindicate. (Vindicate means to uphold or defend)

It's the motto of the Confederacy.

  • We must remember our Ancestors who gave their all for the cause. Outstanding production!! Deo Vindince!!

  • Very nice video
