Yeah I can hear this in N.I. also on this freq. I believe it's from either Gatwick or Heathrow airport for the benefit of aircraft. 5.450mhz USB. Qiute strong signal most of the time.

It is not Marine it is RAF volmet and atleast get the sound right on the sideband!
