Currently, I'm not aware of any 1/4 scale ARF's of this plane in the states. This one was scratch built from plans (Dick Graham). My other Pawnee was built from a TMRC short kit. There are some kit makers around that have kits availabe. Precision Cut Kits and Kit-Cutters are two to check out...
You should at least learn to fly a .60 sized plane before moving on to a 1/4 scale (108 inch, 31 lbls.) plane. If you have a mishap, it's easier to swallow the cost of a cheaper trainer plane.
I would have to say you should be an intermediate pilot to fly this.....not a beginner.
