so the gate looks nice and even when completed. use a rubber mallet to tap down a high post or gently raise a post that is too low to allow for a smooth flow of the fence as it is flowing to the contour of your yard
lol clamps and braces, what a waste of time you hack. dont use gravel at the bottom with clay especially if you live where there are harsh winters. water will not drain well in clay and will expand when froze pushing the post out of the ground. keep in mind the hollow post will allow frigid temperatures to reach the bottom of the hole depth. always start at the corners of the house and work your way to the gate entrance. use a lay a post across the tops of the gate posts and level the tops
