Photoshop Elements 6 Importing

I need video in breast enhancement and

enlargement as i'm having people complain with their breast size.

This won't work for me

It keeps saying that the import failed because its the wrong file type or the pictures are already in the catalog

They are JPG files and nothing is in the catalog, so I don't know what to do.

First I would try to go under the pull down for File and select Reconnect all files. If this does not work I would uninstall and reinstall the software.
