God is totally accountable for His actions, that's why He gave his only begotten son, Jesus, to take our punishment for sin on the cross, so we could have a way to Him. It is a free gift of grace to us.
How can God be good when he commits evil acts? What evil acts?

You need to define what God is.
You need to prove how God can be good, when he created the possibility for evil, as He knew that evil would be the result of His actions.
