Gateway P-171XL FX Edition Laptop Review

This Computer is pretty awful my hard drive crashed three times now and i have only had it for 3 years

I got it on sale at a best buy, I showed up before the doors opened and while walking with my new laptop to the front of the store to buy it 5 people walked back looking for one that I had :D I've owned it for 3 years and haven't had any problems till recentlly. the Nvidia card drivers had issues with windows seven so I restored the vista and put it back to the old drivers and its been good ever sense. we'll see if it can still handle starcraft II though.

i love it. and if you compare the two you will see why. the only prob with it is the battery life is only 2 1/2 hours...but i have yet to find a game that will slow it down.

this IS the flagship of resonable priced gaming laptops. Sure the alienware m17x is better, but its A FUCK LOAD OF MONEY. and to be honest out of my range. This is a great laptop!
