Not only where are the other movements, where is the rest of the slow movement? Somewhere I have an old mono LP of the original Szell /Browning recording. Sad that this work is so neglected.

this isn't nearly the entire movement...the movement is about 7-8 minutes long. Still very beautiful

I've looked through websites for over an hour, and I cannot determine the key of the 2nd movement. Is it D-minor?

this is definitely the Tedd Joselson recording with the London Symphony Orchestra and Andrew Schenck.

one of the most beautiful things i have ever heard...the pianist is fantastic such a beautiful tone. this should seriously be in a movie!

It is in the sound track of an odd darkly humorous/disturbing movie called "Happiness". Probably not how you would like it used, but it works well.
