I used to have a spirit guide in the form of a dark furred wolf, about 2 years ago he disappeared completely. Here is what bugs me: The wolf tended to like a freind of mine and he disappeared after I stopped seeing her as much. Recently she has had some pretty serious health problems.

So here is my question: can an obssesed spirit guide latch on to someone else?Could that be causing her health problems?

If so what can I do about it?

I light a white candle and call on my spirit guides. I can feel a presence. I begin speaking away or ask questions and answers come to me as if someone has told me the answer. I realize by the time I am finished discussing something, the answer to my problem or question has been answered in my mind and at this realization, I feel so wonderful. I thank my spirit guides. I talk to them almost on a daily basis. Take time out for them even if only for say 10 minutes if you can. Blessings!

Um, you're lucky. I'v been in the craft for over 10 years now and have yet to meet mine. I have no idea what they look like, what gender or what kind of magickal being (if applicable) mine is. Sometimes I wonder if what everyone says about them is true in my case...meaning, if I really have one.

I also want to add that the psychic told me that one of these 4 guides was negative and an addictive force that I picked up a while ago. So I don't actually talk to this one - but apparently he's still with me. Anyone familiar with negative spirit guides? It sounds contradictory.

I am no where near an expert but I once was told that spirts and spirit guides have personalities just like living people. Also, just like you wouldn't just trust any living person, you should get to know your guides before you just trust them with anything in your life. I don't know if this helps but this is what I was told.

Negative spirit guides are ussually some form of malignant energy (not acctual spirit guides) I had something similar latched on to my right arm for almost a year, my hand would feel cold, heavy, and uncomfortable. I finally found a way to remove it from me using the "braclet" spell for protecting oneself from foriegn items of a magickal nature.

It looked like a shadow on my arm but it was only visible under bright light.

Interesting. A psychic once said he saw 4 spirit guides around me - the "leader" being some kind of geisha. This was funny to me because of all the Japanese stuff that I like to have around me and that is apparent in my line drawings. I never thought about having multiple spirit guides before speaking with this psychic. I speak to them just about every day and life seems a bit more interesting and manifesting seems easier now.

yep, just talk to them. as crazy as it may seem - it's basically praying, but it doesn't have to be formal. they definitely talk back now! i see 111, 11:11, 222, 444 and 420 just about every day. i saw 2:22 and 3:33 on the way home earlier this afternoon. i also talk to them through tarot or runes. meditation, too. there are many ways to talk to them - just be creative.

i just viewed spirit guides and you talked about dreams i just had a dream of my cousin who died 4 months ago

it was her funeral and i almost missed the last viewing as i was running with my son to the coffin he stuck his hand in before they could shut it and we got to see her one last time

I have a queston you see when my grandma died I had a dream of her coming to me and telling me she was ok it was even before I knew she was dead then the next day my dad came and said she died diring surgery, could she be one of my guids or is this something else intirly?

No. This just means that she wanted you to know that she was fine and in a better place, even though you didn't even know she had already died. She knew that once you found out, you'd worry and wonder what happened to her soul, so she came to you to tell you that she was fine.
