I love this old man.  Feed the goat the veggies, don't waste any of the salt or sour cream, mentions grating at an angle and has a genuine southern feel. BEST VIDEO ON THE TUBE.

Hey, is that knife an Old Hickory?

Yep... sometimes I have to put the twins down. Old Hickory by the Ontario knife Co will absolutely hold an edge. I use their machetes. Darn good products.

I thought so... one day I'm gonna get me a whole set of em. Apparently cheap, holds a wicked edge (1095 Carbon Steel) and been makin em for over a hundred years. If you have advice on that stuff you should do a video on it, as it would suit your already informative and tasty channel.

Indeed. I'm not sure what it is about his voice, but it's mesmerizing. I liken it to watching old Bob Ross videos, except it's not how to paint - it's how to do just about everything else :)
