I'm impressed or at least I would be if it wasn't so badly synched with the wrong notes. It was probably played slowly then sped up so it would sound on time. Not saying it's impossible for a 13 year old to play canon rock, many can, its that this one isn't really playing it this well. He's good, but not this good. He's probably better now anyway.

that's an electric guitar and considering the fact that it IS an electric guitar,

you don't have to hit the strings that hard to make the note sound.

ACTUALLY, you don't even have to pick it if you don't want!

Proves enough that you could use only down strokes if you wanted.

PLUS, you can stroke a single string once and hit many notes at once simply by changing the note on the neck.

You're saying without knowing that you don't have any speed that matches him.

Why are you all saying this is so fantastic? The general playing technique, for a 13 year old, yes; its pretty darn good. But do you guys not hear that? It sounds off tune most of the time, especially when he goes to higher frets (might be the guitar). His bends are almost always off. The guitar is waaaay too quiet. The backing track just towers over it. Lots of missing notes especially when he tries to play fast. Left hand technique could use some work. Its decent, not fantastic. 3.8/5.
