hi i was wondering how could you make your own skin for the chars like mods please respond thnx :)

k i solved that problem but now only some characters are visible where as the others are not..but their name still comes on top of where their character is supposed to be...y is this..

dude i tried everything the heroselect pdf said..but nothing happened...i loaded my game and i still have the same characters..i started a new game and made it to the first access point...but stil nothing...pls help..
