It would be interesting to go in a time machine back to the magical Coney Island of the 20's and 30's...

Coney Island's real...? I thought it was just a set from a movie! Next you'll be telling me there really is an Empire State Building! Did I glimpse a corn dog in there...? I have always wanted to try a corn dog. It's on my list of things to do, along with travel into space and slap Vin Deisel on his head with a wet towel.

And yes, there really is an Empire State Building - just ignore the hairy arm wrapped around the 34th floor. Probably just some union striking and using some sort of inflatable picket sign...I can't explain the banana, though.

I just thought I should mention to you that I have now in fact, tasted that Coney Island culinary delight - the Corn Dog on a recent visit to those there United States, but the meaty pleasure was short lived as a rabid American woman stole it from my very grip and ran off with it! (she must have had one leg shorter than the other as she kept running round in circles!)

Don't forget the fastest and best bumper cars anywhere in the world , and the shoot the freak attraction . This could be the last season for CI , it's a shame , but the area is rundown , a facelift is needed , although i hope they can relocate the rides somehow . Jv

Thanks, Phil. A ride on the famous Cyclone roller coaster, a bite of the famous Nathan's hot dog with creamy garlic fries, a stroll on the boardwalk, enjoying the sights and sounds of the crowds on Coney Island on a beautiful summer day with friends...priceless.
