Using OGG I noticed comes out quite well.

uhm looks okay but could be better on the encoding. Not to mention the frame rate of this is crap. .

Indeed. The frame rate is because I recorded this at 1024x768. Also, my version of Vegas doesn't allow for 1280x720, so I had to render it in 720x480 and then resize it in VirtualDub. It's annoying.
