I agree, "song mode" is great for videos when you're doing the playing and capturing yourself. It lets you make sure it's a "take" before the camera rolls.
alelink2 - Yes, you are correct I use the Tenori-On's record function to record myself playing the song. Then I play it back and video it.
I do this because my video capture software won't play back the audio as I record. So if I were to try to play it as I recorded it I wouldn't be able to hear what I was playing.
