i read something that said an f-16 is actually probably going to lose a dogfight to a mustang b ecause the missiles go too fast to track it and the mustang can shoot a machine gun and a falcon can't outrun the bullets even at top speeds.

i would say Israeli and British pilots are the best in air combat and strike missions,and the RAAF and USAF are right behind them.but i am sure Russian pilots are right up there with the best,but not as good as RAF,IAF,RAAF & USAF

It's really too bad that it doesn't, even though it may be a better plane, American pilots are far superior to Russian pilots. I'm pretty sure there have been dogfights between mig29's and f-16 's and f-16's have come out on top because of the pilot.
