@hokiepiratejedi the thing is that they don't even appreciate Karina's brilliance on DWTS. She's treated like the villain/evil witch by most viewers as opposed to way less talented dancers than her. What bugged me even the most is that they even ditched her for the 10th season when she's the best dancer to ever grace their dance floor. A real waste of talent.

@bakatais i think shes working as a choreographer now. and yes, she was ALWAYS the BEST dancer on dwts, julianne was good, but no female dancer ever topped karina's fluidity and movement

@bakatais i think they pick females pros on dwts based on their look and age, not how well they dance. one comman theme i found on dwts females pros is that while they are all pretty much so-so pros, except for karina of course, they are all extremely good looking and young. oh, and i think they prefer american born pros with other things being about equal. it really is a tv show, i guess.

in their results it shows Byran and Carmen winning this competition, (as they won all the competitions that Karina and Slavik danced in Japan, so I don't think that this can be their honour dance, they placed second, and their last competition together was Blackpool in 2005. Such a shame that they don't dance together any more, but Slavik was fantastic with Joanna as well.

I'm just estimating by her career :) They usaully start early 20's as amature or pro and by late 20's early 30's they usually are at her level. I know Yulia's 27 so I'm just figuring Hannah's been around longer, she could be in her mid 30's :)

I know. I love Karina. She is absolutely amazing. They just had this insatiable chemistry that no one else could replicate.

On another note, I agree. Elena is terrible. She is way too rigid. According to the grapevine, Slavik and Elena broke up.
