did you receive it yet? I still didn't get mine :( and they also shipped mine on friday the 13th...I emailed them today asking what's wrong because i was really looking forward to the bag and I'm anticipating it since they shipped it. UGH

@ewaz23 nope! I have been checking everday as soon as the mail comes and nothing. I'm sad! I subscribed for a whole year so I am not sure how they will even work out a refund if it doesnt come today. Did your tracking number ever work? Mine still doesnt work so I am not sure how they "don't know" if they sent it or not. At this point im very dissapointed and sure hope Feb is better.

The comments surrounding this month are horrifying I am so sorry you arent getting a bag! I was with you, waiting waiting not knowing wtf was going on and then I got the email saying it would not arrive to possibly the 25. I got mine on the 21 and I am sure it was a resend, the bag was filthy and luckily the products inside appeared not used. Hope you get a feb bag & a refund girl!

I got mine buuut it was a resend, I can see the others person name and address under mine, worst I can see the facemask was opened and I got two correctors but no polish or shadow its pretty obvious that the first person that got the package switched it. new or not new company they should have checked the returned packages before sending them out :((

Someone is giving an extra bag away in a giveaway. They should write refused and return to sender on the packages and it will cost them nothing to return it.
