Thank you for the information. I am curious to find out if mthfr gene mutation is related to HELLP. I lost a pregnancy at 20 weeks due to premature rupture of membranes. A year later, at 28 weeks, I developed hellp while pregnant with my son. He was delivered and weighed 1 pound 8 oz. Thankfully he is now 8 years old and doing well. But I recently discovered that I have the mthfr mutation.I am Curious about the relationship between this and my pregnancy complications
